Exchange Policy: You may exchange seats by contacting RTCTicks@gmail.com Exchanges must be made at least 48 hrs. prior to showtime. All exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges are subject to the policies outlined in our exchange policy:

• Tickets may be exchanged solely for different performances of originally purchased production.

• Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to start of originally-ticketed performance.

• Currently, there is no fee for exchanges. When exchange fees are active, fee will be waived within 24 hours of original purchase.

• Exchanges may not be made for same performance.

• Exchanges will only be made through original point of purchase.

• Exchanges may not be made to change the number of tickets.

• Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Other restrictions may apply. Exchange policy may change or be revoked without notice.
